Owner Clifton Kari started working around equipment, trees, and property improvement at a very young age. By the age of eight, Clifton was already operating stump grinders while helping with his father's tree service business.
Over the years, he gained hands-on experience working in tree service, landscaping, construction, rural property improvement, land management, and equipment operation. That experience eventually led him to start his own business in 2016 focused around tree work and property services.
After years in tree service, Clifton transitioned into land clearing and site prep after investing in real estate, mobile homes, and rural properties of his own. Today, Sunshine Site Prep combines that real-world experience with a customer-focused approach that property owners genuinely appreciate.
After years in tree service, Clifton realized he enjoyed the land clearing and site prep side of the industry much more. He loved transforming raw land, creating build-ready homesites, helping customers improve property usability, working on rural properties, and helping people prepare land for future homes.
That passion eventually became Sunshine Site Prep, a company built to provide better communication, more honest guidance, more flexible project planning, better customer service, and cleaner, more customized property improvements.
